How to prep for reset
Ease your transition into the Whole Mind-Body Reset with the following tips. Remember, the more you prep for this reset, the easier and most enjoyable it will be!
Reminder: Keep in mind this reset is not recommended for pregnant women, children, the elderly, sick or people suffering from IBS. If you’re menstruating, wait until you’re done before starting.
Foods to avoid: The week or few days leading up to the reset, cut out processed & fried foods, refined sugars, alcohol, tobacco, animal meats from your diet. Favor vegetarian meals.
Clear your schedule for the reset: The more you can clear your schedule for the entirety of your 3-day Mind-Body Reset, the better. Work load might be out of your control so free up your social commitments for those three days as minimizing your exposure to stress and an overpacked schedule will support the reset & detox process.
Block time in your calendar: Put your reset on the calendar. We recommend starting on a Saturday so you are free of work obligations over the weekend to get familiarized with cooking kitchari before taking it to work on Monday.

Get a reset buddy: Join our group on Instagram (we do resets a few times a year!) or get a friend to do the reset with you. It’s simply more fun to be able to share the experience.
