This Yoom recipe takes a modern spin on the everyone’s favorite deviled eggs... Mixed with avocado, they are a great source of protein and healthy fats. This recipe is especially hearty and nourishing for Airy types but, should be avoided for Earth types as it’s a bit too rich for them.

Ingredients
10 eggs
1 avocado
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon of unsweetened coconut cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Pinch of mineral salt & fresh pepper
Steps
Boil eggs in a saucepan of water until cooked, for about 10 minutes.
Drain the eggs from the hot water and leave them in cold water until completely cool.
Peel the eggs and cut them in half, lengthwise.
In a blender, add the egg yolks, avocado, lemon juice, coconut cream and mustard. Blend until smooth. (you can mash the mix with a fork if easier)
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Stuff each egg white half with the avocado mixture and serve as is.
