This Yoom soup is wonderfully bright in color, packed with fiber, protein, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory nutrients. Fast and fresh, it’s deliciously warming and grounding while easily digestible.

Ingredients 

  • 1 bag of frozen sweet peas

  • 1 bundle of spinach

  • ½ can of coconut milk

Steps 

  1. In a large steam pot, steam frozen peas until soft. Then add spinach leaves until soften.

  2. Transfer peas and spinach in a blender or food processor. Add coconut milk with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

  3. Blend until smooth and enjoy.
