Shipping & Returns

Here at Yoom you’ll enjoy free returns/exchanges on all of our products. Please ensure that your return meets our return guidelines (see below) and reach out to us at hello@weareyoom.com and we will send you a return label, easy as that! In your email please include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • What items you are wishing to return or exchange
  • The reason for your return or exchange

RETURN GUIDELINES

  • Free returns are available in the lower 48 united states, up to 30 days after purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
  • Customers wishing to return any item must show proof of purchase, this is simply sharing with us your order number so that we can verify your purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Once we’ve had a chance to receive and review your return request we will provide you with a pre-paid mail label as long as your items meet the guidelines above. If you are requesting an exchange please be aware that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

  • Please be patient with us, as soon as the customer service rep can review your case refunds will be issued. You will have the funds back on your card within 2-3 working days from when your refund was issued.  We will be in full communication during this time via email, to keep you up to date on your refund status.
