WHAT A 3-DAY KITCHARI CLEANSE LOOKS LIKEā€¦

Over 3-day, you eat a nourishing mono-diet, drink herbal detox teas and indulge in self-care practices that detoxify your body without depleting it in any way.

  • Eat a mono-diet (oatmeal for breakfast and kitchari for lunch & dinner)

  • Have your meals at regular times (e.g. 8am breakfast, 12pm lunch, 6:30pm dinner)

  • Drink loads of fluids like warm water and herbal detox teas

  • Clear your schedule and reduce your exposure to social & work stress

  • Cut down on screen time

  • Gets lots of sleep (8 hours minimum each night)

  • Rest as much as possible so you can ensure that the bulk of your energy is devoted to cleansing by minimizing the number of resources that your body allocates elsewhere.

  • Practice self-care like tongue scraping, dry brushing, meditation and gentle exercise

  • Avoid caffeine, alcohol, tobacco and other stimulants
