Is there a veggie that symbolizes the arrival of Spring more than asparagus?! Full of phytonutrients and chlorophyll, asparagus helps the body restore vitality after a long Winter of heartier root vegetables lacking in freshness. Furthermore, it: detoxifies the blood, reduces puffiness in the skin and soothes inflammation 🌱
