Beet Labneh Sauce

Toss this beet labneh sauce over some oven-roasted sweet potatoes and you’ve got yourself a delicious weeknight dinner.

Ingredients 

  • 2 roasted beets

  • 1 teaspoon zattar

  • 1.5 cups labneh

  • Pink Himalayan salt

  • Fresh black pepper

  • Few mint leaves

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon pine nuts

 

Steps 

  1. Blend labneh, roasted beets, zattar, salt & black pepper until smooth.

  2. Top with zattar, pine nuts and mint.

  3. Pour over roasted veggies like sweet potatoes.
