This vegan, gluten-free superfood-packed smoothie bowl is a complete beauty food that’s amazing-tasting! 🌟Spirulina is a fresh water, anti-inflammatory and blood-tonic algae that gets you your greens, antioxidants, plant-proteins and vitamin B-12s. Its taste is particular so it’s best to mix it with banana (replenish electrolytes & feed your muscles), mint (clear all forms of stagnation & calm indigestion), and almond milk (build strength, immunity and grounded energy). Ingredients 

  • 1 banana

  • 1 small handful fresh mint leaves

  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs

  • 1 teaspoon spirulina

  • 2/3 cup almond milk

  • Optional: hemp or chia seeds & plant yogurt

 

Steps 

  1. Blend then pour into 2 cups.

  2. Top with extra mint and cacao nibs, plant yogurt, and chia seeds.
