Roasted chestnut mash

Ingredients 

  • 3 cups whole, peeled & roasted chestnuts (460g) (you can buy them in glass jars at WF or in pouches like these ones)

  • 2 cups (soy) creamer (475ml)

  • 4 tablespoons ghee

  • 2.5 teaspoons salt

  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper

 

Steps 

  1. Melt the ghee in a pan for 1-2 minutes.

  2. Blend all ingredients into a food mixer until smooth and of mash potato consistency. Add more or less creamer depending on the consistency you are looking for.
