Bedtime foot massage
Since the feet contain reflex points to all organs of the body, when you give each foot a good massage you’re also massaging the organs associated with each pressure point. There are over 7,000 nerve endings on each foot so giving both a quick massage helps loosen the entire body allowing you to fall asleep sooner, stay asleep and get better sleep quality.
BEDTIME FOOT MASSAGE
Here is how it’s done in 3-15min:
(You’ll need massage oil + socks)
1. Rub a small amount of oil on your ankles and feet
2. Use a bit more oil to massage your ankles in circular motion all around your ankle joints
3. Dip back for more oil and massage the top of the foot, moving back and forth from the toes to the ankle
4. Massage the sole of your foot and the heel applying as much pressure you feels good
5. Pinch and massage each toe
6. Put socks on to move about so you don’t slip

if you tend to run hot, use coconut oil
if you tend to have cold feet, use sesame or sunflower oil
if you’re not sure: sesame or castor oil usually works for most ppl
