Broccoli Kitchari & lime coconut sauce

Steps
In a medium 8” sauce pan, pour Yoom Kitchari in 3.5 cups of boiling water.
On medium-to-high flame, boil for 20min stirring occasionally.
Half-way though (10min in), add fresh broccoli to the sauce pan.
Meanwhile, mix all coconut sauce ingredients together in a bowl until sauce is smooth.
Kitchari is ready when it looks like oatmeal.
Serve Kitchari in a bowl and top it off with the coconut sauce, ghee, fresh herbs and black pepper.
