1.5 cup yellow mung dal (not the same as mung beans or lentils) buy here

Diet changes can sometimes constipate. You want to make sure you have a bowel movement daily — that's true always, but especially while cleansing! So prep for eventual constipation by getting one of these mild laxatives.

Tips to know which laxative to get:
If you pass rabbit pellet stools, normal-size stool that is hard to pass or have a bowel movement only every 2 days or less = you most likely need to get Haritaki.
If you have regular daily bowel movements, tend to have soft/runny stool or slow to pass stool that is tends to be moist = you most likely need to get Triphala.
