COOK AN AYURVEDIC THANKSGIVING MEAL

Commonly known as CCF tea, this warm digestive drink is made from Cumin, Coriander & Fennel seeds. It has a beautiful golden color with a mild nutty flavor that simultaneously nourishes the body, helps digestion and detoxifies. CCF Tea is a staple in many Ayurvedic cleansing facilities because of its ability to encourage the body to break down toxins in the digestive tract and encourage a subtle detoxification. Just what you need after a heavy Thanksgiving meal!
