Reset Kitchari toppings

 

Here are easy ways to dress your Kitchari bowls during your 3-day Whole Mind-Body Reset. These veggie toppings will boost your Kitchari with produce that stimulate digestion, restore proper food cravings and cleanse the liver and the blood. They are also high in fiber, minerals and vitamin. Toppings are a great way to personalize Kitchari — start with a base of kitchari, then add any of the veggies below.

After cooking

Top off your kitchari with creamy, buttery, comforting slices of avocado & squeezes of fresh lemon juice.

3min to the end

When there’s a little water left in the pot, add a handful of fresh spinach, kale or collard greens and cover. Let cook for around 3min.

5min to the end

Dice fresh zucchini and add it to the pot 15 min in.

middle of cooking

Add broccoli in the middle of the cooking, 10 min in. They will keep your stomach satisfied for a long time.

At beginning
