It’s post Thanksgiving and you’re feeling less than your best? Good news! Here’s what to drink after you ate tons of stuffing, drank an entire bottle of wine and polished it off with five slices of pecan pie — the tips below will help you regain energy and get your mind-body back on track!

Hydration cannot be stressed enough during this time. While your liver and kidneys are working hard to filter the blood from toxins accumulated from over indulging (and end of year stressors in general!), consuming enough liquids is essential for unclogging the gut and keeping things moving quickly and fluidly.
