Cooling Hibiscus & Mint Tea

Need an afternoon cool down? Try this chilled hibiscus mint sun tea. It’s a little tart, a little sweet and totally refreshing on a hot day.

Ingredients 

  • 3 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers (or 4 bags of hibiscus tea)

  • 4 cups water

  • 4 sprigs fresh mint

 

Steps 

  1. Fill a pitcher with the water, mint and hibiscus.

  2. Steep in the sunshine for 2 to 4 hours.

  3. Remove mint and enjoy.

Note: you can also pour boiling water over hibiscus & mint and let it chill when done steeping.
