Spirulina latte
The blue-green algae — spirulina — is an Aztec superfood for energy that became popular when NASA discovered that it can be grown in space and used as a dietary supplement for their astronauts. It’s nutrient-dense: 1 tbsp includes 4g protein, 11% iron, 11% Vitamin B1, 15% Vitamin B2 (all recommended daily allowance).

Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon spirulina
1 banana
Steps
Warm up the milk in a small sauce pan for 1min
Blend all ingredients until smooth
