Banana & Almond Smoothie

My breakfast go-to, it’s so simple to make and deliciously filling until lunch.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 date

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)

 

Steps 

  1. Warm up the milk in a small sauce pan for 1min

  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth

  3. Enjoy!
